Dear friends of SAAM HOUSE,

We haven’t been in touch since the ‘Adventure of a Friday Night at Dr A. Tabibzadeh’s Villa’! Such an adventure! And now I’m writing to tell you all about our other adventures since that night and even before:

Our first adventure started in 2005 when we had to close down SAAM HOUSE because it was located in a residential area. This was a new Birth for us ... but definitely not ‘Birth after Death!’

We tried hard to find a new base for our activities and finally decided to rent an office for our administrative work. Our productions, we decided, would be staged in various venues in the London areas and across the UK. We are now based in 673 Finchley Road, London NW2 2JP and our new telephone number is: 020-731 77 069.

Our next big adventure has been to change our official name to SAAM Theatre Group. We are now registered as a full charity in the UK under this name (registration number 110 13 82) and also as a ‘limited company’.

We enjoyed seeing you at the ‘Adventure of a Friday Night at Dr A. Tabibzadeh’s Villa’. Your support has encouraged us to take this production on a UK tour, in May 2008. We will keep you informed of developments, and hope you may want to come and see the production again, and/or tell your friends about it.
